Same day delivery Monday to Saturday is possible to all areas of Mauritius. However, placing your order at least one day prior to delivery would allow us a greater chance of obtaining the flowers and colours of your choice.
We always request that at least one contact number be accessible to us. We cannot proceed with the order unless we have a mobile number and preferably a contact home and/or work number.As it is often the case where a phone may be switched off or the recipient not at home when the call is made we strongly suggest that the more contact numbers given the better.
Our usual policy is to make contact with the recipient before proceeding with the order so as to ensure the customer receives the flowers at a time most convenient, that the customer will definitely be at home, and to in most cases give specific directions as it is not east to find home addresses in Mauritius.
We always ensure that the utmost care and consideration is taken when talking to a customer and have made it our policy not to discuss any specific details such as a description of the bouquet, the card message and details of the sender unless specifically requested to.
Should you wish to that we do not speak to the recipient please be sure to inform us in your order request and to provide an alternative contact person for directions.
Deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays
As we do not work on Sundays or Public Holidays normally we will proceed with the delivery on the following business day with permission from the client.
In the case where the delivery is urgent under request we can do special deliveries. Please contact us for further details on the same.
Online Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays
All orders placed on a Sunday or a Public Holiday will be assessed the following business day. If for some reason we need to contact you regarding your order this will be done the next business day.

All products seen on this website remains subject to availability. In the case where the flowers are not in season or there are supply difficulties we reserve the right to replace the product with an appropriate one with equivalent value and quality. We will be sure to contact you before any substitutions have to be made.
Substitutions have to be made to ensure that the delivery is made on the date and time requested. We will take care to guarantee that the style of the arrangement doesn’t change overall and will select flowers which are closest in colour size and shape to the ones needing replacement.
If for some reason you need to make a cancellation or amendment please do so by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (+230) 670 0768 at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery time.
Please note that orders which we have already purchased the specific flowers for,have been made or are on the delivery process cannot be cancelled or amended.
All our products attract a VAT charge of 15%.
