Once the order is processed our experienced team of florists will create your stunning exclusive bouquet.
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Absolutely! Stylish complimentary company cards with space for individual messages are provided and sealed with each order.
How long will my flowers last?
A lot depends on how you care for your bouquet. Please see Flower Care under the Services section. Generally flowers should last about a week but it does depend upon the environment in which the arrangement is placed.

How do I amend an order?
Should you need to make some modifications to your order please proceed to the Contact Us page where you can send an email form request. Note that 48 hours is needed to make amendments. Alternatively, contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
I am having difficulty placing my order on line? What should I do?
We would be more than happy to take your order over the phone. Please contact us on (+230) 674 6767 or (+230) 670 0768 from hours 8:00am-5:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure to inform us of the difficulty you had so that we can take measures to remedy any issues.
Can I send an Anonymous order ?
You can most definitely! Simply request that we do not disclose any information of the sender as you place the order. You can do so under “Note to the florist”. You may also wish to sign the card message ‘Anonymous’.
How will I know if my order has been successful?
Once all the details of your order have been successfully placed you will reach the last stage which will read “ Order Placed – Thank you !”. A Confirmation email will also be sent to you immediately after placing an order.
Can I collect my flowers from the florist?
Yes. Please specify the same when placing your order under the delivery section.
How will I know when my order has been delivered?
Should you require confirmation of delivery please specify the same in your order form under “Note to the Florist.”
Can we deliver to hospitals?
Yes. We can make deliveries to most hospitals in Mauritius (except for Apollo Bramwell in Reduit as per their current regulations). As space is often limited in a hospital room we advise you to order an arrangement in a plate or box not a hand tied bunch or an arrangement in a vase.
Can I send flowers to a hotel?
You most certainly can! Please include the hotel’s full address and room number if possible. Please note that our team will deliver the flowers to the hotels reception – the signature of the person receiving the flowers is understood as proof of delivery.
Can I send flowers to a business address?
Absolutely! Please provide the company’s full name and address. Note that our team will delivery the flowers to the office Reception where the signature of the person receiving the flowers is understood as proof of delivery.
